What do you like best about Abrigo Loan Origination?

As a lending systems administrator, what I like best about Abrigo Loan Origination is that it truly functions as a unified platform. Rather than managing multiple disconnected systems, Abrigo brings together origination, credit risk, and workflow automation in one place — which makes my job significantly easier from a systems management standpoin. From an administrative perspective, having a single provider that connects data and workflows across the organization gives us much better visibility and reporting. What problems is Abrigo Loan Origination solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Abrigo Loan Origination solved for us was slow loan turnaround times. Before Abrigo, the lending process involved a lot of manual steps, handoffs, and follow-ups that created bottlenecks at nearly every stage — from application intake through credit decisioning and finally to boarding. As the lending systems administrator, I could see exactly where things were getting stuck, but had limited tools to fix it at the process level. Abrigo addressed this by automating the critical steps that were eating up the most time. Workflows are now configured to move loans through the pipeline consistently and without unnecessary delays.
