It was easy to set up an account with Above.com. I was able to park my domains there. Simply go to Manage accounts and configure the Parking Companies you want to use from the list of companies that they support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their technical support is not the best. They take almost 3 days or even more to respond. This is the only thing that bothers me a little; the rest of above.com has fulfilled the expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
