It works like having 3–4 staff members at a fraction of the cost. Kate genuinely feels like a real employee and collaborates smoothly with my collections team. Sia and Pratheek have also been easy to work with, and they’ve helped us quickly whenever we’ve needed support. It integrates with our Sage Intacct and Hubspot data so it's pretty hands off and escalates to us via email when needed. We love having Kate as a super team member and she's the best performing team member on staff doing above 60% of the volume.
