What do you like best about Abacum?
The UI is excellent—intuitive, clear, and easy to understand. It's also fast and fairly easy to build in.
Integrations work well, and they have a modern approach to data and ETL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Abacum?
Abacum is a fairly small company, and so their professional services support is limited/constrained. There are also few partners who can help support the implementation.
If I were to redo the implementation I would consider having a 3rd party to drive it, but it needs to be someone who both understands the customer well and has a full 360 grasp of the platform and what it can do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
