What do you like best about Aavenir RFPflow?

Customizing and creating an RFx tailored to your organization's needs is the most valuable part of Aavenir. It is not an off-the-shelf, one size fits all product. We have a very complex RFx process, and Aavenir has been able to include every requirement we have requested. What do you dislike about Aavenir RFPflow?

The submissions from the vendors are made outside of any portal or system, which can be challenging. There tends to be more work that is required to explain the process to the vendor to fill out the response correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aavenir RFPflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization has always had to manually create, edit, deliver, organize, and evaluate our RFx process. Aavenir has saved us countless hours of administrative work. The tool has also allowed us to focus on other tasks instead of organizing responses and dealing with email chains where something can be missed.
