What do you like best about Aadow?
I find the customization in Aadow very easy to adapt to our requirements, which really makes our work easier. It's also very user-friendly to track call timings and evaluate individual agents' performance using IVRs. Sending bulk WhatsApp broadcasts has been seamless. The CRM helps with lead segregation and fast storing, which I appreciate. Plus, I like how smooth the initial setup was with the team's helpful guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
