What problems is A2000 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AI with A2000 to streamline Very G operations
I've connected Claude directly to our A2000 system which lets me ask for reports and checks in plain English instead of building queries or exporting and reworking data by hand. It reads live A2000 data, combines it with the other documents we work from (line sheets, factory invoices, buy sheets, Dropbox, and email), and hands back finished Excel, PDF, or CSV files.
Recurring reports. Monthly and weekly reports that used to take hours are now built on request. Once a report is built the way I want it, the process is saved so it comes out the same way next month without re-explaining the rules.
Production and factory control. Production: I have set up easy checks and balances to catch any errors on Factory Purchase Order data entry, I download my factory invoices into Claude for verification before entering into AP a process typically done manually.
Sales and customer support. I can pull a customer's open orders, invoice history, or control numbers in seconds, and turn them into clean, photo-illustrated order sheets It flags past-cancel lines and helps me draft sensitive customer emails with the correct numbers already in them.
Inventory and line sheets. Claude writes available-to-sell by color directly onto our line sheet PDFs, lists newly received style/colors with their ATS, and builds files for outside partners, like the Fall 2026 case pack file for our website developer (with pricing, UPCs, ATS dates, product class, and matched photos from Dropbox).
Retailer and admin paperwork. It fills in vendor setup forms summarizes customer compliance etc
Why it matters. The biggest gains are speed, consistency, and accuracy. Reports that took hours now take minutes, they come out the same way every time documents, and customer files catch errors before they cost money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
