What do you like best about a1qa?

What we liked most was the people. The specialists we worked with were experienced, reliable and easy to work with. They took the time to understand the product and requirements and were willing to ask questions when needed.

We also appreciated that a1qa provided a dedicated manager for the team. The manager helped with coordination and communication and also supported us with implementing some of the improvements identified during the QA process review. What do you dislike about a1qa?

We did not have any major problems during our cooperation. Overall, the cooperation was smooth and the team was responsive when we needed their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering a1qa:

I would definitely recommend working with a1qa. They were easy to work with, adapted quickly to our way of working, and we always had someone to contact when we needed support.

What problems is a1qa solving and how is that benefiting you?

We worked with a1qa to get additional QA support for our team. Their specialists joined our team and helped with testing and other quality related activities. This gave us more capacity when needed without having to hire additional people internally.

It was also valuable that the team took the time to understand our product and what we were trying to achieve, rather than looking at testing as a separate activity. They used this context to help us improve our QA approach and organize our processes in a way that better supported our product goals.
