Another thing I really appreciate is how well the engineers support each other. They are always willing to reach out to their fellow engineers for guidance, share knowledge, and help each other overcome challenges. There isn’t anything specific that I would consider a significant area of concern. If I had to identify a small area for improvement, it would be around taking even more ownership and being proactive in identifying opportunities to contribute, rather than waiting for work to be assigned.

Some engineers are already doing a great job in this area, but there is still a little room for improvement across the team. Being more proactive in identifying work, raising opportunities, and taking ownership from start to finish could make an already strong partnership even more effective.
