What do you like best about A·Minds: Candidate Screening AI Assistant?

I've been using A.Minds for a few months now and it has helped a lot with making sure I'm able to manage the inbound candidate volume for a lot of junior roles that I have been hiring for. I was initially not 100% sure about AI ranking CVs but I've come to trust the AI a lot more as I've used it. Here are some pros of the product, - The product is really easy to use and all the information is laid out really well - I really like the feature with the links to Google, Chatgpt, Githut for more information. It saves me a lot of time when I'm reviewing candidates - I like the feature to setup the scoring criteria. I usually just take my in-take notes from the hiring manager to setup the criteria. We receive more than 200 applicants for each job we post on our website. I have been using AMinds to score and screen these inbound applicants for jobs. AMinds connects to my ATS and pulls in candidates and surfaces the most relevant inbound applicants for each job. Saves me hours on reviewing CVs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
