My name is Mark Albright. I’m reviewing the company 9Mills about a project of mine that I named "Crack the Boards." It is a board review for chiropractic students to become familiar with national board exams. I started this project about 15 plus years ago. I arrived at the point where I wanted to put it on an app and so I got online and I came across an AI app builder, "Base 44." It seemed fine at the time and I thought it was going well for me. I got stuck on a few places and so I searched to find an answer to some of the problems as Base 44 was not answering them or could not answer them. That is when I came across 9Mills. It was a Sunday afternoon and I left a message for them. Later that day, a gentlemen, Sam Castro, called me on the phone. I wasn’t able to answer nor was I expecting a response that same day, let alone a Sunday. Sam left a phone number and I called back the next day. Sam set up an online meeting with himself, Jay Kayali, and me. We discussed what the software would look like. At the time I had no idea how intricate, detailed, and how spectacular it would look and feel. After our first meeting, I had to compare Base 44 to 9Mills. If I were to use a scale of 1-10, I would put 9Mills at a 25 and Base 44 about a 2. It was that much of a difference. I was able to speak and work with a live person with 9Mills whereas Base 44 was all online. 9Mills took my idea, expanded on it, and brought it to life better than I had ever imagined. Every question I asked, they were able to answer. They took my vision and brought it to life. We met on a weekly basis and sometimes and twice a week and built something that I never imagined or envisioned. If I had a question, I would text and within minutes, I would get a response. I originally wanted to market to one demographic, but they open my mind to see a much larger demographic.
