The pre-clearance model. Doing identity, documents and rules checks before someone arrives, so the door is just a QR scan rather than the place where decisions get made. Everything else - the audit trail, the granular permissions you're using... follows from that one choice. Good value for what it replaces. The alternative was either staffing the door or handing out permanent badges we'd have to chase down later... both of which cost more in time and risk than the subscription does.
