What do you dislike about 8x8 Contact Center?

Nothing much to add, but I feel like the process is easy. When I contact support, they get back to us very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8x8 Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

We contacted 8x8 via a scheduled callback about an issue where Extension 19 could not make or receive calls through the 8x8 Work application on an iOS device. A ScreenMeet remote session was started to review the setup, and the user configuration settings for Extension 19 were reset to their default values. After the reset, we placed test calls to confirm that both inbound and outbound calling were fully restored in the mobile app. The customer confirmed the application is now working properly and agreed to close the case as resolved.
