I like that it connects directly via API with my CRM. It allows my clients to navigate directly to CPACharge from my CRM without having to navigate to another website, so it's a seamless integration on the client's viewing side. Everything works great. I like that it's connected to an option for clients to pay later while my firm gets paid right away. I like that we can set up recurring payments for monthly invoicing. They had really, really good rates that were preferential, and it was built specifically for CPA firms and law firms. They were hyper responsive and had really great customer service. The initial setup was so long ago that I can't really remember, but I do know that it was not very complicated at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. "I have issues with contracts with CRMs.","My CRM recently broke with 8am CPACharge to set up their own payment processing via Stripe.","I would have liked for 8am CPACharge to fight harder for that.","On the client side of my CRM now, I don't think it's as seamless as it was with 8am CPACharge."
