What do you like best about 7AI?

What stands out about 7AI is that it generates a fully explainable report for every investigation, clearly showing the evidence it reviewed and the conclusion it reached. That means analysts get a real audit trail rather than a black box. Its agents also organize alerts by type (endpoint, cloud, email, identity) and then route them to specialized agents for investigation, taking on the tedious triage and enrichment work while leaving the judgment calls to humans. What do you dislike about 7AI?

At first glance, it was hard to understand the product properly, and the learning curve felt steep. After some time, though, it stopped being an issue. I’m still evaluating the FP rates and will update once I have those as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 7AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a SOC analyst, my biggest challenge is sheer alert volume. Most of my day is spent triaging alerts from EDR, identity, cloud, and email tools, then jumping between five different consoles just to pull enough context to decide whether anything is actually real. 7AI targets that exact workload. Its agents categorize alerts by type and route them to specialized agents for investigation, so by the time I open a case, the enrichment and correlation are already completed.
