Hi Dan,
Thanks for being our customer and for the feedback! It's frustrating to us too! The carrier will approve the amount that we have claimed then when they post the refund to your account, it doesn't all make it there each time. There are various reasons why that we have surmised but please contact me the next time that it happens so that I can look into it further.
