The one area that 6Connex can improve on is their integration of engagement features within sessions. We use an external streaming service, and so the polls, comments, session surveys, etc. have to be worked in. We are able to get these features to work, but I think there could be a more seamless or user-friendly way to integrate these features when streaming in from another source. What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you? Throughout my experience with 6Connex, they have continually been working on improving their offerings. When we first started it took a few days to get responses, due to their quick expansion at the beginning of the pandemic. Now, we are directly in contact with multiple staff, and any issues we run into usually get resolved within the same day. We've been able to help Beta Test some new features, like their Video Chats, Mobile Responsiveness, and breakout rooms. 6Connex has on multiple occasions addressed issues on their back end to make our experience more efficient and that has saved us time.
