What do you like best about 5th Star - Reputation Management Plugin for WordPress?

I like how 5th Star pops up on repeat customers and asks them for feedback. The best part is, if they leave bad feedback, I get notified and it doesn't get posted on Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
