I like that it works directly with our cloud service. It allows patients to get reminders, confirm or change appointments and get notified when products are ready to be picked up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the dashboard was more user friendly. Such as removing patients from recalls, or changing their ways of contact and phone numbers. It would also be nice to navigate what patient's have been notified per account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
