I really like 4iMEDIA GmbH’s deep technical expertise in hybrid search architectures. Their technical depth during the pitch phase impressed me, combined with their data-driven, risk-mitigated approach. Their flawless project execution was notable, as the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and 100% on budget. They provided us with a scalable foundation that enhances our capabilities significantly. The AI-Search concept they delivered, including Small Fallback and Zero-Result Prevention Workflows, addressed critical challenges effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the way they paced the onboarding workload could be improved. It felt like a lot to take on all at once. I would prefer if they had offered staggered discovery sprints to make the process more manageable and less overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
