What do you like best about 360HMS?

One of the standout strengths of 360HMS is its modular architecture, which allows for a phased implementation and offers the scalability required as our hospital grows. I am also impressed by its strong integration capabilities; the comprehensive APIs are well-documented, making it straightforward to connect with specialized diagnostic systems and our existing data warehouse. What do you dislike about 360HMS?

Even though 360HMS is really strong on the backend, the interface looks a bit outdated and isn’t very intuitive for non-technical users. That means it takes some time for new staff to get used to it, and we end up seeing more support tickets early on. The reporting tools are fine for day-to-day use, but if we need detailed or custom analytics, it often needs help from the vendor. A cleaner, more modern UI and a self-service BI module would make a huge difference in usability and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
