They have made our 'room service' for our apartment buildings so easy to start up and manage. They have been helpful with us and with our tenants. We have seen our renewals go up now that we have an additional amenity to offer our tenants. It has been a fabulous, easy, and fun addition to have at our buildings. We implemented this at two buildings and already have more renewals to date than we did a year ago. We also have loved all the staff that we have worked with at 2nd Kitchen. Chris, Kat, and Levi have been insanely supportive and helpful. Even if we request something that is new to them, they have made it happen and got it done!! Very supportive staff!! Honestly, I don't have anything that I dislike yet :) The set up process was easy. The roll-out process was easy (and fun). We attended the first events at the two buildings offering 2nd kitchen and it was great seeing the excitement from the tenants. Kat has been great keeping us updated with new ideas and events.
