What do you like best about 2care AI?

What we like most about 2care.ai is how effectively it captures and converts leads. Every patient enquiry is captured instantly, whether it comes through a phone call, website or social channel, and the AI follows up and helps move that patient towards booking an appointment.

It means fewer leads are missed, our team has better visibility through the CRM, and we can also re-engage patients who did not book initially. What do you dislike about 2care AI?

There is not much we dislike about 2care.ai. The platform is still evolving, so there are occasional areas where we would like to see more flexibility and customisation for our specific clinic workflows. What problems is 2care AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

2care.ai is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in a clinic: making sure we do not lose potential patients because calls, enquiries or follow ups are missed.

It captures leads immediately, responds to patients, helps convert enquiries into bookings, and gives us the ability to reactivate patients who did not book or have not returned. The CRM gives us better visibility of every lead, while insurance verification helps reduce the administrative work involved in getting patients ready for their appointments.
