The user interface is quite smooth. Everything is self-explanatory, including pages, buttons, links, and forms, and the design is sleek. At initially, one tiny niggle I had—perhaps the only minor niggle—was the inability to preserve a live chat conversation. When I checked my email the next day, I discovered that a log of the conversation had been automatically emailed to me, thus the complaint had been resolved. In any event, the live chat went smoothly, with the customer service representative answering my inquiries quickly and accurately. Although some waiting was required, it was never more than a few minutes—although this may be irritating to some, I found it to be sufficient to compensate for the slightly longer chat times.
