What do you like best about 24/7 Medical Billing Services?

24/7 Medical Billing Services created separate teams for separate activities which had their KRA’s & KPI’s aligned towards the overall success of our practice results. What problems is 24/7 Medical Billing Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

• Eligibility Verification – We used to miss out on eligibility checks earlier which would cause increase in the denied claims due to faulty/missed payments from the patients and that impacted our revenue.

• Credentialing – We always wanted to be Credentialed to a bigger network but due to limited resources we were not able to get Credentialed to a larger pool

• Medical Billing – We had an inhouse team but we were spending too much on the overall costs of the team & other admin charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
