What do you like best about 1XFreight?

As a VP of Operations, I love spending as little time as possible on repetitive tasks like chasing quotes and comparing rates. What do you dislike about 1XFreight?

Honestly, there’s nothing specific I dislike about 1XFreight. It does what I need it to do, makes our procurement process easier, and saves valuable time for my team. From my perspective as a VP of Operations, that’s what matters most: having tools that simplify our work and allow us to focus on bigger priorities instead of wasting time on repetitive tasks. What problems is 1XFreight solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps solve one of the biggest challenges in logistics: spending too much time on manual procurement tasks. Instead of chasing multiple carriers for quotes, comparing rates across emails, and keeping track of different conversations, we can manage the process in one place. As a VP of Operations, I value every hour I can save. It allows my team to work more efficiently and gives me more time to focus on bigger priorities, improve operations, and grow the business rather than getting caught up in repetitive tasks.
