What do you like best about 1plusX?

It allows to collect data from our website, data from our social networks and marketing campaigns, to then be analyzed and make the necessary corrections. Also the software integrates with various dsp platforms, which allow us to perform the purchase of inventory and ads in an efficient and automated way. It allows the analysis of the audience of different channels, to monitor their behavior and performance, being able to segment them for better visualization. What do you dislike about 1plusX?

I would like the data search to be more accurate to achieve better analysis and better marketing and sales strategies. Some integrations we could not get installed, so we had to replace the software to adapt to work without it. The technical support team has not been very attentive, as we have not yet been able to communicate with them to solve the above mentioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 1plusX:

I particularly like this software, I consider it very intuitive and easy to use, besides it is very useful when creating quality campaigns, with important and attractive information. All companies should have this software so they can be aware of their own data and improve the customer experience. It is a software worth investing in, because you get first hand and in real time, all the data you need to improve your campaigns and sales strategies. What problems is 1plusX solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is allowing us to have access to important data in real time of our users, consumers, digital assets and much more, in order to present better campaigns every day to attract a loyal audience and present a better product according to the taste of consumers. Audience analysis of different channels such as social networks or website. Integration with dsp and dmp platforms for ad buying and inventory.
