The biggest thing for us is how responsive and hands-on their team is. It does not feel like we are just using another security system. There are real people behind the service who are paying attention and ready to act when needed. Communication has also been straightforward, which makes working with them easy. What do you dislike about 1Degree Surveillance?

There has not been anything major that we dislike so far. If I had to mention one thing, I would say more regular reporting and proactive updates would be helpful, especially when looking across multiple locations.
