What do you like best about Ivanti ITSM?

I like Ivanti Neurons for ITSM because it streamlines IT service management by bringing incidents, requests, changes, and other IT processes together in one platform. What do you dislike about Ivanti ITSM?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve. Some features and configuration settings take time to understand, especially for new users, and the interface and customization options could be more intuitive.
