What do you like best about 12Pay Payroll?

We were looking for a additional tool to take care of our accounting and payroll related work since rest of the tools we were using was paid versions, that moment we got to know about 12pay payroll from one of our corporate friend and we started using this tool. We though of utilizing the free version first and then to switch over to paid and we must say that the free version still gave us amazing outputs and hassle free processing of our employees and vendors payroll related issues. Initially we faced some challenges (technical) to set it us but after the successful set up it didn't let us down. It gave our HRMS team to fully control and manage the payroll related work with ease and very user friendly interface also one of its kind. Its very helpful managing every other employee related tasks including educational details, banking details as well as pension and provident funds related work. The paid version (express edition) also provide employees to access their own accounts from their phones and can keep full control on their payroll activities (in user mode of course) The premium edition might have some more exiting features for sure however the free version itself is more that sufficient for now. What do you dislike about 12Pay Payroll?

The initial installation (system set up) might look a bit hectic as it definitely requires your IT admin to be aside since it requires some technical permissions in order to be completed. Since it is directly related to the funds and payroll of an organization, that is certainly understood. However ret of the things are pretty much clear and easy to access. Excellent payroll, HRMS, employee funds management, leaves management, taxation, and pension related work has been very smooth. Also it is comparatively cheap that other available payroll software's available in the market so money saving and time saving as well. Since it integrated with advance features like, tax assistance, pension assistance and all it becomes very easy to keep a tab on all of the payroll related activities.
