"12 Pay Payroll, free yet impactful"

What do you like best about 12Pay Payroll?

We were looking for an additional tool to take care of our accounting and payroll related work since the rest of the tools we were using were paid versions. At that moment, we got to know about 12pay payroll from one of our corporate friends and started using this tool. We thought of utilizing the free version first and then switching over to paid, and we must say that the free version still gave us amazing outputs and hassle-free processing of our employees' and vendors' payroll-related issues. Initially, we faced some challenges (technical) to set it up, but after the successful setup, it didn't let us down. It gave our HRMS team full control and management of the payroll-related work with ease and a very user-friendly interface, also one of its kind. It's very helpful in managing every other employee-related task, including educational details, banking details, as well as pension and provident funds-related work. The paid version (express edition) also provides employees access to their own accounts from their phones and can keep full control of their payroll activities (in user mode, of course). The premium edition might have some more exciting features for sure; however, the free version itself is more than sufficient for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 12Pay Payroll?

The initial installation (system setup) might look a bit hectic as it definitely requires your IT admin to be aside since it requires some technical permissions in order to be completed. Since it is directly related to the funds and payroll of an organization, that is certainly understood. However, the rest of the things are pretty much clear and easy to access. Recommendations to others considering 12Pay Payroll:

You can still continue with your existing payroll tool, however, for a second opinion, there's nothing as dependable and convenient as the 12pay payroll product. A must-try service (product). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 12Pay Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent payroll, HRMS, employee funds management, leaves management, taxation, and pension-related work have been very smooth. Also, it is comparatively cheaper than other available payroll software in the market, so it saves money and time as well. Since it is integrated with advanced features like tax assistance, pension assistance, and all, it becomes very easy to keep a tab on all payroll-related activities.
