What do you like best about SpotOn?

I find SpotOn to be very user-friendly, which allows us to be more hands-off with the system and focus more on the business operations. I really appreciate having Kaitlin Zimmerman as a dedicated asset to our account, as she helps expedite solutions to the issues we might have. Her support has been a game changer for us. I'm also glad that we chose SpotOn because, despite an early misunderstanding about credit card fees, the setup was easy, and overall, SpotOn has been a great fit for our needs. What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Nothing major, but we've given Kaitlin some suggestions for product utilization that we would like to see in the future to help streamline the experience. Also, the sales individual initially told us all credit card fees were 1.9%, which wasn’t correct, and he should not have told us that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?
