What do you like best about 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution?

I use 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution for data integration with all of our trading partners, and it makes it very easy to make the connections and control the entire process. The thing that separates them from other companies is the quality of the people working there. Lance Hutt's management style and the entire organization make a great team. Our account manager David Horwitz is always available and immediately responsive, ensuring there are no delays. Lance is easily accessible and always willing to help if needed. The initial setup was very easy, and their team was very supportive through the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution?

The only issue is the performance level of the portal. It is extremely slow and we get complaints about it from our staff and our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
