
The best part about using 0xProcessing was how easily it integrated into our client's existing billing and transaction flow without creating massive backend headaches. While using 0xProcessing for client deployment workflows, a few operational friction points stood out:
Webhook and Error-Log Debugging: When a test transaction failed or had an edge-case mismatch during the client integration phase, the portal's raw webhook logging was relatively basic. Pinpointing whether an issue was caused by blockchain network latency, timeout limits, or a payload structure mismatch required manually cross-checking transaction hashes rather than viewing deep, interactive payload logs inside the admin UI.
Limited Turnkey CMS Plugins: For standard commercial platforms, there were fewer pre-built, one-click plugins compared to legacy processors. Setting up the transaction flow required custom API integration and developer effort, which added setup time during client staging.
Custom Reporting and CSV Exports: Filtering historical transaction data for accounting reconciliation was somewhat limited. Generating multi-layer custom reports or automated scheduled exports required extra manual filtering on the client side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
