There are a few minor things that pop up every now and then that I think there must already be a solution for but I haven't found yet. Tovuti is a onestop solution for all the learning and training needs. It gives you all the possible features you can think. Flexible offerings , sky being the limit when customizing the tool. I must admitt there is nothing I would mark as "disliking". Really, the tool is very helpful and user-friendly. The only thing, which might disturb sometimes is the technical maintenance time. I assume this happens on regular basis and I fully understand why it happens! The maintenance is necessary. Nevertheless, in my timezone it happens early in the morning (7-9 am CET). Me and other our authors sometimes work already during this period. In case we need to work with our courses (modifications, exporting content etc.), we have to wait and come back to our course later on. Easygenerator is a very helpful tool for employees, who need to share any knowledge with other employees and/or clients. It offers a practical way on how to distribute the information / training to broader target group, more quickly, easily and with less costs.

We found great application and utilization of Easygenerator especially in:

- the phase of onboarding and adaptation of our new comers;

While Docebo does a great job with individualized and responsive support, it is important for its users to better understand the underlying terminology and best practices involved in properly administering an LMS. It is very important for LMS vendors to be more proactive in their interactions with their clients. I recommend that Docebo establish levels of certification for their customers so that everyone involved with the LMS understands how to interact with it. Docebo's Could-based SAAS LMS is moving the right direction. Today's learning environment requires a balance between stability/security and accessibility. This is only accomplished when effective educational and technological best practices are in place. Docebo achieves the stability and security by offering a centralized repository for training material and customized user levels. Extensive grouping capabilities through Branches, Categories, Channels, Learning Plans, and customizable Pages and Menus allow for pedagogical best practices; while extensive features, third-party integrations, multi-domain accessibility, branding options, and social and mobile learning fit the bill for accessibility. I Administer two Docebo Enterprise instances and we are currently working through the challenges of Zoom integration using the updated Zoom V2 API. It is not difficult to use it, I consider VidGrid a very well elaborated program, with solid execution flashes. You can have your company in constant communication through its documents or files. I like it and I know you might like it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a bit of a learning curve for some features such as variables, but this is really pretty minor. Also, some of the under-the-covers controls and settings that must be mastered and dealt with can be tedious at times. Also, Storyline is not an ideal program for anyone interested in creating true game-like courseware. A game-like environment and experience can be built using Storyline through careful and cumbersome application of complex variables and pathing, but there are programs better suited to the creation of these types of courses. The text-to-voice feature eliminates the problem and expense of having to continually re-record voiceover on courses whenever there is a change or update. Articulate's extensive graphics library along with the simplicity of image replacement makes both adding visual distinction and updating graphics very effective and efficient.

And, Articulate 360 makes collaboration and feedback gathering really simple and efficient as well because reviewers can add slide-specific comments that are easily identified and tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you create your own content, and want a quick, easily managed way to post, update, and manage that content, then this is a great platform to consider. 360Learning gears most of their early setup and walkthrough to professionals without pedagogical or andragogical experience, which is great, but for those of us who already know how to work with or set up a platform like this, my best advice is to get through those early trainings. They don't sufficiently show how smooth this platform really is. In the past, it take me hours of work to prep a course, then even more time to upload it and prepare it for use on the platform we previously used. Now, I can create, upload, and send out a course within a few hours of starting.

If you have your own tools that you use regularly (for instance a video capture setup, a document creation and manipulation suite, etc) then this platform gets even better. Those items you create can for the most part be pushed right into a course, which means less turnover time to use. Once in use, the granular information returned from each user could be a little better presented, but you get a good number of graphs, tables, and other information that provides you with a good look at your users and their activity. End of day recap trainings and quizzes are very easy to assign, and once assigned are automatically scored and calculated for us. That alone saves about a half hour of my day during trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that some of the functionality around reporting was more robust and eye pleasing. That is the area that feels the least updated, but still it is usable and provides what we need. Moving from a home grown system to Litmos has provided better tracking for completed courses that are required for our employees. The mobile version of Edmodo is currently lacking in what the desktop version provides. The accessibility goes down, almost if not all features are practically unusable. It is an average learning management software and an excellent way to communicate with students through discussions. I recommend that you use something else for learning and use this for discussing things with students after all the lessons on you schedule has been completed. Edmodo is beneficial in my life as a teacher because it keeps me very well organized. I can easily communicate with students of all my classes and hand out assignments without being confused. I do not like the new online platform. It is not very user friendly and I do not like not being able to view the information on a full screen. I also wish the student pages were made available on PDF again, to help with reteaching and student corrections. I also wish there was more student friendly direction to teach the 9 Traits to students and how to build those connections. I also wish the reports allowed us to customize more the data analysis. I am able to better target my students' needs either for intervention or extensions. I am also able to use the vocabulary activities to to help my English Language Learners, develop the academic vocabulary. The motivation stations have really come in handy this year due to social distancing, students are able to have their own copy while still working together.

As good as Articulate 360 is, it's collaborative features are a little lacking. There's review features and some bit of sharing with other team members, but something a little more live would be great. Storyline could also use more creative control over objects and images.
