Lessonly has fundamentally changed our onboarding process. Now we have the ability to bring on multiple hires at once, set them up for short and long-term success every time, and harness insights into their learning. Lessonly has allowed for a training regimen that simply was not possible for our company until now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If anything, I wish there were packages for smaller teams. We purchased a package for the minimum number of users, which I believe is 25. I think this platform really caters to the needs of small companies, and so I think a 10-user package would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Use existing training content in your lessons, but also be prepared to write new content. It can be a heavy lift up front, but the benefit is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Faster onboarding, better insights into learning retention, personal time savings, ability to hire multiple employees at once or in a staggered manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connecting with students is incredibly easy. Assigning and collecting work is done with ease. If students are absent, they can easily stay abreast of all that is going on in the classroom and keep up with their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to easily reuse from year to year without re-posting everything and also not giving them access to all assignments right at once. I haven't figured that part out yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to set-up and try - definitely worth giving it a shot to see if it meets your needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Communicating with my students. It allows them and me more freedom in how we get our work done instead of all having to be in a classroom together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Both the authoring tools and iSpring Learn web interface are intuitive to use and have plenty of support in the form of documentation, videos and support staff that are always available and quick to reply. I particularly like the reporting functions and the level of detail and control that can be used in tracking users' progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few minor things that pop up every now and then that I think there must already be a solution for but I haven't found yet. Off the top of my head these include the ability to message specified groups (rather than just individuals) through the LMS messaging system; and a more detailed and structured course forum option. I like that you can share the content in the form of a link versus a large file. Brainshark is a very powerful tool that allows you to easily record, edit and distribute content that doesn't expire. User-friendly for the creator and the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No cons only pros so far as per the usage. initially it takes time to understand the features as the tool has many ways to help meet your needs. you need to first do a bit of homework on what you want this tool to do for you and then you can gradually plan on how to get this costumed. once you give it time, you start to interact and learn the product more easily. 1. I pretty much appreciate the simplicity of Easygenerator. Anybody is able to start working with it and produce helpful online materials (e-learning).
2. Full compatibility with our Learning Management System is a great advantage. I can very quickly export the course content (as SCORM) and download it to our LMS, without any special technical assistance.
3. Adding co-authors to a course is a great way how to cooperate on a content. More authors together can easily develop such a course they need.
4. As we are a global company (employees and clients come from all over the world) I find the language configuration very helpful. You can switch to broad range of language and produce e-learning for your colleagues/clients in various regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I must admitt there is nothing I would mark as "disliking". Really, the tool is very helpful and user-friendly. The only thing, which might disturb sometimes is the technical maintenance time. I assume this happens on regular basis and I fully understand why it happens! The maintenance is necessary. Nevertheless, in my timezone it happens early in the morning (7-9 am CET). Me and other our authors sometimes work already during this period. In case we need to work with our courses (modifications, exporting content etc.), we have to wait and come back to our course later on. But it's an insignificant issue. :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easygenerator is a very helpful tool for employees, who need to share any knowledge with other employees and/or clients. It offers a practical way on how to distribute the information / training to broader target group, more quickly, easily and with less costs.
We found great application and utilization of Easygenerator especially in:
- the phase of onboarding and adaptation of our new comers;
- delivering training (online study materials) on basic LINET product knowledge/skills to our clients and business partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Problems - view my comment reagrding the maintenance time in previous answer.
Benefits (in addition to what I've mentioned in previous answers):
1. time savings (e-learning courses shared with more employees, anytime, anywhere in the world)
2. cost savings (e-learning courses shared with more employees; lower costs with inhouse course creation - employee generated learning)
3. flexibility (involving co-authors; easy duplication of course; quick modifications; wide variety of languages...)
4. LMS full compatibility (exporting SCORM packages easily into LMS)
5. availability (just a laptop and wifi is enough)
6. user-friendly and intuitive tool (authors don't have to posses any special technical skills)
7. interactivity of the course content (images, media, hot-spot; question types...)

Their collaborative approach to every situation allows me to feel like I have a partner in solving problems and exploring innovative opportunities. Without eThink's partnership during the COVID pandemic, we wouldn't have been able to provide the resources and support our campus needed to not only sustain but also succeed in a fully online environment. From seamlessly adding plugins and third-party integrations, answering questions about platform challenges, and offering advice about what could make our customized platform stronger, the team approaches every request with a 'can do' attitude. I feel fortunate to have the eThink team as our partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not only has eThink's service proved invaluable for our campus, but their staff continues to go above and beyond every day. With our success in mind, the team at eThink works tirelessly to help us reach our goal of providing creative solutions and innovative opportunities across campus using the Moodle platform. eThink's team adds expertise to our small in-house staff. With their knowledge base and passion to make a difference, together we have developed low or no-cost efficient solutions to non-academic challenges and provided creative opportunities for our teaching and learning staff as well. Docebo's comprehensive features and expansive integrations have created a learning platform that is flexible enough to meet all business needs. I am particularly pleased with the integration of LMS and SIS that allows us to control the enrollment within the system and am working now on expanding our use of social training and the role of the coach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Docebo does a great job with individualized and responsive support, it is important for its users to better understand the underlying terminology and best practices involved in properly administering an LMS. It is very important for LMS vendors to be more proactive in their interactions with their clients. I recommend that Docebo establish levels of certification for their customers so that everyone involved with the LMS understands how to interact with it. This will ensure that the LMS is used effectively and that all of its features are embraced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Docebo's Could-based SAAS LMS is moving the right direction. Today's learning environment requires a balance between stability/security and accessibility. This is only accomplished when effective educational and technological best practices are in place. Docebo achieves the stability and security by offering a centralized repository for training material and customized user levels. Extensive grouping capabilities through Branches, Categories, Channels, Learning Plans, and customizable Pages and Menus allow for pedagogical best practices; while extensive features, third-party integrations, multi-domain accessibility, branding options, and social and mobile learning fit the bill for accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I Administer two Docebo Enterprise instances and we are currently working through the challenges of Zoom integration using the updated Zoom V2 API. Benefits have already been realized by implementing effective CLOR and gamification procedures and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of the platform. Also, Sandeep has been a great help problem solving our training needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program needs more functionality. Gamification, the ability to develop content on the LMS, and checklists to name a few. However, they are working on this. We are willing to wait as the product is great even without those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great product and great people. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like VidGrid because it has been extremely satisfying to coordinate a sustainable remote connection, it has definitely taken it for granted that I can make a video call without the connectivity going down. All the tools are well executed and functional. Very good program, I like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that the software is slow sometimes, maybe it is because of the constant updates that the program makes and the hardware is falling behind in performance capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not difficult to use it, I consider VidGrid a very well elaborated program, with solid execution flashes. You can have your company in constant communication through its documents or files. I like it and I know you might like it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have simply increased communication and team collaboration to clarify doubts, suggestions or improve projects through ideas. It integrates with many of our devices, making most of them use it as internal support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Storyline provides a lot of useful tools that allow you to create high quality SCORM-based eLearning rapidly. I work in a dynamic tech environment where there are competing priorities that must be reconciled. The first priority is that there is a huge need for our tech support workers to have the best, most up-to-date training materials possible so that they can provide accurate and quality training, and on the other priority is that the products and services that our tech support people have to support change and evolve rapidly...so the courseware needs to be flexible, adaptable and able to be revised/relaunched within very narrow turn-around windows. Tools like text-to-speech and the Articulate 360 review function make updating content and gathering feedback fast and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learning curve for some features such as variables, but this is really pretty minor. Also, some of the under-the-covers controls and settings that must be mastered and dealt with can be tedious at times. Also, Storyline is not an ideal program for anyone interested in creating true game-like courseware. A game-like environment and experience can be built using Storyline through careful and cumbersome application of complex variables and pathing, but there are programs better suited to the creation of these types of courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The text-to-voice feature eliminates the problem and expense of having to continually re-record voiceover on courses whenever there is a change or update. Articulate's extensive graphics library along with the simplicity of image replacement makes both adding visual distinction and updating graphics very effective and efficient.
And, Articulate 360 makes collaboration and feedback gathering really simple and efficient as well because reviewers can add slide-specific comments that are easily identified and tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Course creation is very easy and relatively quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't import .PPTX or PPSX (converts them to .PDF). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you create your own content, and want a quick, easily managed way to post, update, and manage that content, then this is a great platform to consider. 360Learning gears most of their early setup and walkthrough to professionals without pedagogical or andragogical experience, which is great, but for those of us who already know how to work with or set up a platform like this, my best advice is to get through those early trainings. They don't sufficiently show how smooth this platform really is. In the past, it take me hours of work to prep a course, then even more time to upload it and prepare it for use on the platform we previously used. Now, I can create, upload, and send out a course within a few hours of starting.
If you have your own tools that you use regularly (for instance a video capture setup, a document creation and manipulation suite, etc) then this platform gets even better. Those items you create can for the most part be pushed right into a course, which means less turnover time to use. Once in use, the granular information returned from each user could be a little better presented, but you get a good number of graphs, tables, and other information that provides you with a good look at your users and their activity. End of day recap trainings and quizzes are very easy to assign, and once assigned are automatically scored and calculated for us. That alone saves about a half hour of my day during trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP Litmos is a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to deliver and track on-demand training for an unlimited number of users, quickly and easily.
Litmos is very user friendly - both as a user and an admin. There is a lot of functionality baked in that is helpful when organizing an education program for a large company. I like the bright UX design, the current feel and the ability to customize the experience the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that some of the functionality around reporting was more robust and eye pleasing. That is the area that feels the least updated, but still it is usable and provides what we need. I do like the automated reports but updating or getting a new report that is real time and not static on deman takes more clicks than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moving from a home grown system to Litmos has provided better tracking for completed courses that are required for our employees. For my team specifically it has allowed a better user experience allowing our users to complete the required courses or be assigned new courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of authoring ensures that creating content is flexible, creative and tailor-made to suit the business. EdApp has allowed us to put resources in our people's hands, no matter where they are. Ease of access to information creates more time in their day to reach for the stars and empowers them to reach their full potential. Ed App has stimulated curiosity for our people to seek more learning and engage with others about the content. The people that I have engaged with at EdApp (Luke and Bryony) have been extremely helpful and made the experience of adopting EdApp for our business easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few hiccups with a couple of the content slides, particularly when using an Android. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning is no longer tedious or clicked through to complete a task. It is delivered in bite-size pieces that people can complete in the free pockets of their day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is fast, convenient and not a hassle to use to its full potential. I use it as a means to communicate with my students during anytime of the day and whenever I want. I can do this because Edmodo notifies the guardians of my students to ask them to check the new discussion to find out what is going on in the virtual classroom. In the discussion area, students can talk amongst themselves and I can talk to them individually or in a group. The students can quickly generate and share ideas using points of important information from the lessons I teach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile version of Edmodo is currently lacking in what the desktop version provides. The accessibility goes down, almost if not all features are practically unusable. I can't communicate with students on the go as the mobile version does not let me see discussions nor comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an average learning management software and an excellent way to communicate with students through discussions. I recommend that you use something else for learning and use this for discussing things with students after all the lessons on you schedule has been completed. Edmodo is simply a beneficial addition to your online teaching technique. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Edmodo is beneficial in my life as a teacher because it keeps me very well organized. I can easily communicate with students of all my classes and hand out assignments without being confused. Aside from communicating in discussions, I can help those who need it during both school time and after school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the rigor of the work and the teacher resources provided to provide student instruction, intervention and extensions. I also like the layout of the book being by each individual standard. I also really enjoy the vocabulary activities. The activities keep my students engaged, which encourages them to actually use the vocabulary with their peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like the new online platform. It is not very user friendly and I do not like not being able to view the information on a full screen. I also wish the student pages were made available on PDF again, to help with reteaching and student corrections. I also wish there was more student friendly direction to teach the 9 Traits to students and how to build those connections. I also wish the reports allowed us to customize more the data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see a resource made specifically for spiraling at the end of the year. Instead of it being broken down by TEK, it would be great to have something that continues to review it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am able to better target my students' needs either for intervention or extensions. I am also able to use the vocabulary activities to to help my English Language Learners, develop the academic vocabulary. The motivation stations have really come in handy this year due to social distancing, students are able to have their own copy while still working together.
The only problem has been the use of the online platform. I think more options for data use would be beneficial as well. For example, being able to look at team data all at once and analyze it in different formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used Articulate Presenter for years. When Articulate stepped away from PowerPoint and stepped up with 360, it vastly improved the user experience. I love how simple yet powerful this tool is. I picked up very quickly and easily created amazing courses. Moreover, the Rise function of 360 has become invaluable as a part of our learning tool development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As good as Articulate 360 is, it's collaborative features are a little lacking. There's review features and some bit of sharing with other team members, but something a little more live would be great. Storyline could also use more creative control over objects and images. It's mimicking PowerPoint with allowing you the image control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
