I feel like I almost always say that IT solutions are overpriced. So, I feel that LogicMonitor is priced a little high. But I have never run a software company so this may be an uninformed opinion. I also wish that they had an entry level solution with fewer monitored devices for a lower cost (they used to). Also, sometimes i struggle trying to tweak monitoring settings. The least helpfull about Vmware Vcenter i think is with licensing the Host. So example you for a host with two processors you cannot apply two license for each processor but you need to go to the vmware site to merge the two license to one and then you can apply the license. We are migrating systems and needed to monitor performance of the source and target system. Because there was so many systems we did not want to install an agent on each machine and did not find many tools that could do it. The wealth of configuration can cause issues with engineers not totally familiar with the setup and use of Veeam. It is important to carefully review the design and implementation of Veeam to ensure that it is completed properly.

The fact that Veeam is software only is great, but it does also mean you must provide a matching solution for backup proxies, backup server, and repositories. These can all translate to increased costs for the client, and can push out some of the smaller sized businesses who can't afford to properly implement Veeam or take full advantage of the features offered. Some concerns with the lack of help and information page on some services. Would be helpful if you offer chat support especially with the overwhelming services that you offer. It would be interesting if I can see events on the timeline of the session, so that I can easily understand which section of the session is important. I mean it will help me to save time by eliminating the need of watching entire video. I can only be shown important segments of that particular section and it would be great if system feedback on where the user's are mostly leaving the site on a particular page. I have realized that I can better test my web application. It has helped me in marketing and in conversion of my nurture funnel. We can also track third party API calls from the application I guess. Other than that it looks super good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do think that it would be nice to have more options available for notifications. But that's probably mainly because I use email notifications. I could connect Raygun to pagerduty or something to have more options.

There are many integrations available, but I would like to have more features in some of them. Example: the integration with Azure DevOps is nice, it can help you create bugs from error reports in Raygun. But the synk is one way - it would be nice to have Raygun pull information back from the issue (like when it is resolved, and what release it is fixed in).

The pricing is fair, but a bit hard to estimate and understand. I can see that it makes sense though, I pay for things that increases cost for Raygun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
