The best part of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is that it allows connect data from various resources.
Provides us with various automations like email and  marketing automation which makes the work easier . Can customize data with Einstein tool, interaction can be managed by AI . Real time customer engagement as they are always engaged with the data which helps in the betterment of the business. Quickly generation of leads , activation of campaigns and the revenue earned helps in tracking the progress . These are the things best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement

The Poor data quality can sometimes lead to inaccurate targeting , lower rates which can lead to huge losses.
Also Campaign automation sometimes is very complex and requires a good knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.

The biggest problem that Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is resolving is the issues related to security.
As it implements data governance policies and test regular vulnerability , security audits and implement security best practices . By prioritising security it is protecting the business sensitive data and helping in avoiding costly security breaches.

It is a great tool provided by salesforce for providing any buisness with great marketing skills by enabling businesses to manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, advertising, etc. It aso provides automation capabilities, personalized service, scalabilty, integeration with other platforms, and most importantly AI powered insights for making data - driven decisions.

It is way too costly for a small buisness to implement, and its complex structure can seem challenging to learn and take much effort and if integrating with third party softwares, it can require additional development knowledge and also the data complexity can be seen as a hurdle in development of marketing cloud suite.

Most importantly, we are using it to map and automate our customers journey, ensuring that they receive relevant content at each stage of their interactions with their potential users. We also automate the marketing cloud suite by doing tasks like worflow automation, lead scoring, etc. which is very beneficial for enhancing customer engagement.

Enables you to move the customers along the acquisition curve and retain the loyal customers through communications, understanding behaviours and adapting our programs and campaigns to partner with the customers to jointly achieve our objectives while increasing the ability of Sales to increase revenues

No complaints. The only feedback is that when compared with main competitors, the feedback from power users is that Pardot is a product built by IT and not really intuitive for use by marketers. There are other products that have better wizards and templates that can be created without relying on IT

Account Engagement is a great tool and I have been using it for years! I love that it interfaces with the Salesforce platform and allows for enhanced automation between the two systems. It also makes it easy for my users to create emails and send them - they are finally starting to leverage automation on Pardot now too for enhanced segmentation.

My biggest frustration is that the newer drag/drop email builder does not report the same as the traditional email builder - this has been very confusing for my users and not something I am comfortable rolling out to them until it is resolved.

For our company, Account Engagement solves the need of a marketing automation tool - to send emails, create forms and landing pages, and report metrics for our team. The biggest pro and reason we chose this tool over others on the market is the direct connectivity/built-in integration with Salesforce. As an admin, this makes it so much easier for me to manage both platforms and show unified data.
