1Password allows for easy deployment for users with quick training turn around. The UI is crisp and with simple browser extensions getting users to create new login entries very simply drives user adoption of the product. Not to mention the ability to very easily add MFA onto any account that supports it, which drives easy one click logins outside of the IDP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SCIM setup can be a bit rough if your company is against running any servers. However the documentation is easy to follow and up to date with the few IDPs I have checked. Beyond that, there isn't much to dislike about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up SCIM before deployment of the product would be useful during the testing phase. Highly encourage your users to use shared vaults where applicable and to constantly use unique passwords on all of the applications they use. Login recovery is always possible with admin accounts for end users... however for individual use of the platform make sure to keep your recovery key handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company is using 1Password to train users to create and use UNIQUE randomized passwords easily and keeping those passwords out of documents/emails. On top of that, the domain breach report and watchtower helps guide my team to follow up with users who are at risk for having their accounts being taken over. Securely store, share and manage your passwords, logins, credit card numbers, bank accounts and private information in your encrypted digital vault.
The functionality is generally very good. The ability to create and store passwords from within the browser, using the add-in is really nice. The option for password length and complexity are good and easy to use.
The information available in the admin center is nice too. It is also really cool to be able to "Share" passwords with other users and the functionality around that feature is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are certain situations where the browser add-in has been troublesome. For instance, I use an MFA tool and every time I am in the admin panel on that website, Keeper fills the name of the company in with my email address so all the users then see my email address instead of the name as it should appear in the app. I assume this might be a coding problem on the site itself, but there is no way in Keeper (that I have found) to tell it to NOT fill in that particular box.
In other words, a more granular control would be nice. Yes I want to use Keeper on "this" site but no I don't want to use Keeper in "that" box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Keeper to be more than worth the minimal cost. I paid the price for the minimum 5 users and only intended to use it for myself, so I guess you could say I find it to be worth at least 5x what they charge/user. I have since handed out the other 4 accounts to various users and all have seemed happy with the product, though none use it as extensively as I do.
I have some reservations about how easy it would be to roll out and administer a product like this to an entire organization with hundreds of people, particularly when they are not exactly "computer savvy", but since I have not tried, it is only speculation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am the sole IT employee of a company with over 150 users. We don't have the budget to have all users on Keeper but just for my own purposes it is a life saver. I have over 400 passwords and various user names for different devices, websites, services, etc and Keeper is the best tool I've seen for making them not only organized but improving accessibility and time spent entering and changing that info. LastPass business solutions help teams & businesses take control of their identity management with password management, single sign-on (SSO), and adaptive multifactor authenti
I like their vaults and the facts that every time I sign into an account, software, platform etc. it allows me to save those credentials for future use. We no longer have a spreadsheet or a visible list of logins and passwords. LastPass takes care of that problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how people's work and personal account information are often mixed up in LastPass because it could cause a security issue down the line. Also, it prevents us from making copies of each account to store in our personal vault as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I also like their analytics report of how secure current passwords in the vault are and how often users should change them. Instead of asking a coworker for their login information, I can just use the one already saved in LastPass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.) User friendly interface and all options are very easy and self understanding for usage.
2.) Open source software and freeware.
3.) Secure and trusted as it's completely offline software and does not upload anything over cloud.
4.) No ads or bloatware with this software in comparison to some other password manager software.
5.) Database is stored locally so it's secure.
6.) Encryption is available to secure logon key and database.
7.) You can easily customise into groups/folders and subgroups/subfolders and so on, as per requirement.
8.) Search option is available so you can find easily whatever saved credentials you are looking for.
9.) It also advice if you password is strong or weak along with we can set expiry dates for same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using KeePass for more than 8 years and only one word for this software... Awesome, I don't dislike anything for this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are looking for freeware and secure, trusted solution to save your credentials then you must consider KeePass, I am personally using this software for more than 8 years and it's best password manager for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In IT or any job profile as well as in daily e-commerce world, we are using multiple username passwords for various websites, portals, logins, etc., practically it's impossible to remember each and every password on tips, so KeePass is the key to store all credentials along with URL, website address etc.
Major benifit is we don't have to guess username passwords and reset if we don't remember same, we just logon KeePass and search for set of credentials we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface Balance between complexity/simplicity is good.
So much better than LastPass the one I was using before Bitwarden.
Passes the non-technical user test I have migrated colleagues and staff over to this and they don't find it difficult to use.
the command line version is well behaved and usable for basic scripted workflows.
Choice of an Electron-based app means it behaves on Windows, Mac, Linux equally well.
The iOS App is well behaved and well integrated.
Chrome browser extension is well behaved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I can't really nominate much worth disliking. The syncing is not quite instantaneous every time but it's almost always up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have too many passwords most people in IT do, now I don't notice as much.
Very few account lockouts or resets needed now, also better password hygiene is in place.

Avatier's flexibility to adapt to needs is a main reason that I have continued to use AIMS. I've been able to use it for any type of request from our users and administrators. I have yet to find an access or password task that it couldn't handle easily.
I also like the way AIMS handles feeds from other systems. It is easy to use and adapt to a company's unique requirements. Its ability to use virtually any Active Directory field for identification made it easy for us to move to a process where all hires and terminations only have to happen in our HRM software. The feed between the two allows the automatic creation, change or termination of accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see the ability to create my own reports. Avatier has been very accommodating when I have a request to generate custom reports, but it would be nice to be able to create my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Avatier IA is a great software system that is extremely flexible and intuitive. It integrates easily with other products and can manage access requests regardless of the complexity. I highly recommend using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We started with using AIMS for self-serve password resets due to the fact that a very significant number of calls to our service desk (about 65%) were taxing our resources. As soon as our employees were enrolled, password reset requests dropped 90%.
Later in our relationship, we decided to add Password Bouncer due to the fact that a large number of our users would create weak passwords, even with MS "Strong Password" settings enabled.
We then moved on to access requests. By using Avatier AIMS, we have made the task of requesting access significantly easier and quicker. The ability for anyone to be able to approve access via their phones has been a big player in this. We no longer have to wait for approvals.
Next, with the introduction of a new HRM system, we moved to automating the process of hires, changes and terminations. While this is still a work in progress, AIMS has been a central player in this project. We have automatic hires and terminations working perfectly. We are working on changes and expect this to be an ongoing process as the company changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love the ease of use of Enpass, it's very easy to manage logins & passwords of all kind of applications and also cross platform. For example you can sign in on your phone using the same login as on your laptop. Password generation is very easy and configurable if you want a very strong & random, or a strong & memorable password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Enpass fails to detect that you've signed in to a web application, although this most likely happens when the website or application you're using is not using a "standard" way of identifying a password/username field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the days of needing two-factor authentication, with unique passwords, per site, you need a password manager. Password manager provider, Password Boss comes to rescue. What I like best (based upon using the Premium version) is the ability to access my passwords securely stored on all of my computers (desktop, laptop,) and mobile devices alike (smartphone, and tablets). I have learned that storing passwords in my browser sets you up for a data breach issues and potential privacy concerns from nefarious parties that wan to track where you are on the Internet. Having a password manager helps me not have to login to each site every time, that offsets not saving my passwords into my browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the necessity to have a second two-factor authentication program or applet, in addition to Password Boss. I have to either use Google Authentication or Authy to read my QR codes to generate random codes to work in tandem with site logins. I also have issues getting Password Boss to activate properly in how it handles auto-logins for sites. Lastly, it sometimes accidentally generates duplicates for site logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nice password manger for basic free users and/or non-profit organizations, as they offer premium version account(s) for those companies, without charge. If you work for or have a non-profit firm, notify them, and if you qualify, based on their terms, you will get a nice password management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Password Boss to handle all of the logins that I use for both personal sites, as well as the blog sites and social media accounts that I interface with, in publishing my disabled gamer tech blog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is exceptionally well designed and works on all of my devices. I'm able to store a lot more than passwords too. Secure notes, payment information, license and SS cards. It's super useful and the overall design of the product is better than any of the competitor I've tried. And I have total confidence in the security of my information. About 6 months ago the service started degrading. Features don't work as well as they used to. Often the Chrome extension doesn't fill in fields or fills in the wrong information or just doesn't work at all. It's very frustrating. At least 5 times per day I have to manually lookup passwords which takes vital time away from my day. But the biggest issue is their customer support. It's really bad. When I submit a ticket, it takes at least 3 or 4 back-and-forth messages with the agent just to get them to stop sending me canned responses that don't actually address my question. I'm extremely detailed when writing my support tickets, its very clear what I'm asking, but they rarely answer it directly. And then finally after numerous emails and re-assignment of team members I get the standard line "thanks for the feedback, we'll let the team know". Then nothing. The last 5 support tickets I submitted were simply not resolved and no explanation of when they might be. This includes a ticket regarding passwords for Google sites not working for over 9 months. Huh, 9 months. Google passwords? Probably the most common of any passwords kept in Dashlane by any user? And they can't resolve it or even attempt to resolve it in 9 months? Terrible.
For years I was literally the biggest fan. I've convinced no less than 20 people to start using Dashlane and now I'm extremely disappointed to the point of leaving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two main things: secure storage of passwords and easy access to passwords. They ace the first problem, but are not delivering like they used to on the second problem. I have learned a lot about password security, password complexity and general productivity through the use of the product which has been invaluable. I just wish they would fix some of the issues. Zoho Vault creates a simple way to streamline password management while maintaining upmost security measures for me and my business. It allows me to keep track of all my passwords by simply remembering one password. Zoho Vault has the capability to generate secure passwords that meet whatever criteria an online account requires; whether parameters are for x number of characters, alphanumeric, special characters, have preference for cases used, repetition, etc. I also appreciate that I am able to share passwords for shared accounts through a Syncing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On some occasions, Zoho Vault does not properly predict the correct account/credentials that need to be utilized to log into an account. If I navigate to a login screen from a different path (whether URL or a series of clicks), Vault often will not recognize that I have an account set up with this provider. This causes additional time to search for a secret to determine what it may or may not be the correct login information. I also have had issues editing passwords in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Vault is a fantastic resource that is a great alternative to services like LastPass. I feel even more confident in the security offered by Zoho Vault and the general ease-of-use is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prior to using Zoho Vault, I regularly fell prey to either using the same password for every single account (a well-known high security risk) or regularly forgetting passwords as soon as I've set a new secure password. I'm able to create incredibly secure passwords and do not have to worry about remembering each of them. My online accounts are secure while requiring me to remember only one password. Zoho Vault also has a password generator which creates passwords that can meet specific requirements by account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have dozens of accounts for various sites and services in our business. It is extremely simple to check if anyone in the company has an account on a certain website and team members can then sign in instead of doubles. TeamPassword requires users to log in. Security is also very convenient because it is not knowledge that one person can easily get away with while we have access to passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find nothing the drug I hate. The trick is to name everything correctly, so you can find a password at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Test the trial certainly. The client service is of the highest quality. The team is ready to respond and support you if you have any issues or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TeamPassword makes the access to passwords simple for everyone in an organization, but it does shine when somebody leaves. You don't have to try to remember every password and change it, but you have to change one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to implement (Windows based installation - takes ~30 mins to take it up and running) and also available as a cloud service. There are many use cases how to use this solution but in my company we're using it to manage in secure way authentication data for privilege users (Administrators, service accounts and third party users) and also for business users. We are controlling our third-party users and developers (hiding password in connections and doing session video recordings), automatically rotating passwords and SSH keys for or internal systems. And have configured workflows for junior administrators to ask for time-based access to or key information systems servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Single sign-on boosts security, Advanced authentication supports multiple login methods,Integration wizard lowers cost of deployment,Integration wizard lowers cost of deployment,SecureLogin's Quick Login/Logout GUI automatically logs users in or out of all applications—and locks their workstations—through a single event, such as inactivity or proximity card removal. This functionality is particularly useful in environments where you have multiple users that share the same workstation—common in workplaces where your workers transition between devices such as healthcare, manufacturing and retail. Basically everything the company advertised is what I like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I fear that it might be a bit unsecure, since I always wonder what would happen if they get hacked. Then what happened to the all the information if the network is hacked. All the important information would be just out there. There is always that fear in using a product such as this. Thus the risk is something we must take in order to use it. I am not sure if many people would take that risk, but for those who do take it, it will make theur life much simplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the format that the passwords are store in with easy to use searching capabilities. TrueKey will ask to update passwords if it detects a different one being used as well as suggest complex passwords for new applications. The browser plugin makes it very simple to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the update pop-up appears even though there wasn't an issue with the login or a new password detected. The autofill sometimes gets stuck in a loop of autofilling when you are trying to manually add a password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
True Key is one of the many password managers out there, and one to consider for flexibility and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest problem that TrueKey is solving is management of the 200+ applications that I need to remember the passwords for. I have realized increased security with complex passwords being used for the portals that I access and proper rotation of those passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it keeps all my passwords in one place. It will sometimes auto save when I use Google chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is tedious to use. First of all it didn't allow me to use my fingerprint or a shortened password or pin code to access it. So every time I wanted it to auto fill in my passwords in any app, I needed to go and unlock sticky password with my full and very long master password. For each time I needed to do that so I stopped using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think sticky password can be a great app with just a little tweaks to make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
