Setting up SCIM before deployment of the product would be useful during the testing phase. Highly encourage your users to use shared vaults where applicable and to constantly use unique passwords on all of the applications they use. My company is using 1Password to train users to create and use UNIQUE randomized passwords easily and keeping those passwords out of documents/emails. On top of that, the domain breach report and watchtower helps guide my team to follow up with users who are at risk for having their accounts being taken over. There are certain situations where the browser add-in has been troublesome. For instance, I use an MFA tool and every time I am in the admin panel on that website, Keeper fills the name of the company in with my email address so all the users then see my email address instead of the name as it should appear in the app. I assume this might be a coding problem on the site itself, but there is no way in Keeper (that I have found) to tell it to NOT fill in that particular box.

I find Keeper to be more than worth the minimal cost. I paid the price for the minimum 5 users and only intended to use it for myself, so I guess you could say I find it to be worth at least 5x what they charge/user. I have since handed out the other 4 accounts to various users and all have seemed happy with the product, though none use it as extensively as I do.

I have some reservations about how easy it would be to roll out and administer a product like this to an entire organization with hundreds of people, particularly when they are not exactly "computer savvy", but since I have not tried, it is only speculation. I am the sole IT employee of a company with over 150 users. We don't have the budget to have all users on Keeper but just for my own purposes it is a life saver. I have over 400 passwords and various user names for different devices, websites, services, etc and Keeper is the best tool I've seen for making them not only organized but improving accessibility and time spent entering and changing that info. I dislike how people's work and personal account information are often mixed up in LastPass because it could cause a security issue down the line. Also, it prevents us from making copies of each account to store in our personal vault as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In IT or any job profile as well as in daily e-commerce world, we are using multiple username passwords for various websites, portals, logins, etc., practically it's impossible to remember each and every password on tips, so KeePass is the key to store all credentials along with URL, website address etc.

Avatier IA is a great software system that is extremely flexible and intuitive. It integrates easily with other products and can manage access requests regardless of the complexity. I highly recommend using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started with using AIMS for self-serve password resets due to the fact that a very significant number of calls to our service desk (about 65%) were taxing our resources. As soon as our employees were enrolled, password reset requests dropped 90%.

Later in our relationship, we decided to add Password Bouncer due to the fact that a large number of our users would create weak passwords, even with MS "Strong Password" settings enabled.

We then moved on to access requests. By using Avatier AIMS, we have made the task of requesting access significantly easier and quicker. The ability for anyone to be able to approve access via their phones has been a big player in this. We no longer have to wait for approvals.

Next, with the introduction of a new HRM system, we moved to automating the process of hires, changes and terminations. While this is still a work in progress, AIMS has been a central player in this project. We have automatic hires and terminations working perfectly. I dislike the necessity to have a second two-factor authentication program or applet, in addition to Password Boss. I have to either use Google Authentication or Authy to read my QR codes to generate random codes to work in tandem with site logins. I also have issues getting Password Boss to activate properly in how it handles auto-logins for sites. Lastly, it sometimes accidentally generates duplicates for site logins. Nice password manger for basic free users and/or non-profit organizations, as they offer premium version account(s) for those companies, without charge. I use Password Boss to handle all of the logins that I use for both personal sites, as well as the blog sites and social media accounts that I interface with, in publishing my disabled gamer tech blog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

About 6 months ago the service started degrading. Features don't work as well as they used to. Often the Chrome extension doesn't fill in fields or fills in the wrong information or just doesn't work at all. It's very frustrating. At least 5 times per day I have to manually lookup passwords which takes vital time away from my day. But the biggest issue is their customer support. It's really bad. When I submit a ticket, it takes at least 3 or 4 back-and-forth messages with the agent just to get them to stop sending me canned responses that don't actually address my question. I'm extremely detailed when writing my support tickets, its very clear what I'm asking, but they rarely answer it directly. And then finally after numerous emails and re-assignment of team members I get the standard line "thanks for the feedback, we'll let the team know". Then nothing. The last 5 support tickets I submitted were simply not resolved and no explanation of when they might be. This includes a ticket regarding passwords for Google sites not working for over 9 months. Huh, 9 months. Google passwords? Probably the most common of any passwords kept in Dashlane by any user? And they can't resolve it or even attempt to resolve it in 9 months? Terrible.

For years I was literally the biggest fan. I've convinced no less than 20 people to start using Dashlane and now I'm extremely disappointed to the point of leaving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two main things: secure storage of passwords and easy access to passwords. They ace the first problem, but are not delivering like they used to on the second problem. I have learned a lot about password security, password complexity and general productivity through the use of the product which has been invaluable. I just wish they would fix some of the issues. On some occasions, Zoho Vault does not properly predict the correct account/credentials that need to be utilized to log into an account. If I navigate to a login screen from a different path (whether URL or a series of clicks), Vault often will not recognize that I have an account set up with this provider. This causes additional time to search for a secret to determine what it may or may not be the correct login information. I also have had issues editing passwords in the past. Prior to using Zoho Vault, I regularly fell prey to either using the same password for every single account (a well-known high security risk) or regularly forgetting passwords as soon as I've set a new secure password. I'm able to create incredibly secure passwords and do not have to worry about remembering each of them. My online accounts are secure while requiring me to remember only one password. Sometimes I fear that it might be a bit unsecure, since I always wonder what would happen if they get hacked. Then what happened to the all the information if the network is hacked. All the important information would be just out there. There is always that fear in using a product such as this. Thus the risk is something we must take in order to use it. The biggest problem that TrueKey is solving is management of the 200+ applications that I need to remember the passwords for. The app is tedious to use. First of all it didn't allow me to use my fingerprint or a shortened password or pin code to access it. So every time I wanted it to auto fill in my passwords in any app, I needed to go and unlock sticky password with my full and very long master password.
