ZynScribe is an AI clinical documentation and encounter workflow tool built for physicians, health systems, ACOs, and high-volume practices. Unlike scribing tools that only produce a note, ZynScribe covers four clinical moments: Pre-Visit Review: Before the patient walks in, ZynScribe pulls a structured brief from the EHR. It covers prior visit history, open care gaps, active medications, flagged risk signals, and pending referrals. Formatted for a clinician with two minutes before the door opens. Real-Time Clinical Copilot: During the encounter, ZynScribe surfaces relevant clinical guidance based on what is being said in that specific visit. Drug interactions, care pathway prompts, and quality gap alerts appear in context, not after the fact. Ambient Documentation and Coding: ZynScribe captures the natural conversation and produces a complete clinical note in the physician's voice. SOAP, H&P, progress note, or consult format across 90-plus specialties. ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions are attached. The note uploads directly to the EHR. The physician reviews and signs. Care Plan Routing: Actions discussed in the visit are extracted and routed to the right workflow. Labs, referrals, follow-up scheduling, and patient instructions do not stay buried in the note. They move to the team or queue responsible for them. ZynScribe runs on ZynixLLM, Zynix AI's healthcare-native language model. It integrates with Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth. No dedicated hardware is required. Available as a web app, mobile app, and Chrome extension.
