Zon Staff Management is time tracking, scheduling and payroll software for small businesses that run on hourly, shift-based staff: retail shops, restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, warehouses and service teams. Staff clock in and out from a browser on any device, whether that is a shared tablet at the counter in kiosk mode or their own phone. Each person uses a 4 or 6-digit PIN, and optional photo capture at clock-in records who actually punched. Nothing is installed on staff devices. Managers work from one dashboard: build shift schedules, track breaks and overtime, set time-off policies and approve requests, assign task lists, and review attendance and hours across multiple locations. Approved hours feed payroll for hourly and salaried staff, with configurable pay periods and detailed reporting. Available in nine languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese.
