Billino is an EU-hosted invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses, with a generous free plan and a paid Plus tier for power users. It automatically applies the right VAT rules for your setup (Kleinunternehmer, GmbH, UG, reverse charge, exports), supports e-invoicing (Factur-X/ZUGFeRD), and provides DATEV/CSV exports for your accountant. Currently covers Germany, Austria, and Cyprus, with more countries coming. The free plan covers unlimited invoices and exports; Billino Plus adds read receipts, multi-user access, analytics, and an invoicing API.
