They make a complex implementation painless.
We use Zip to procure, configure and manage CrowdStrike. Thanks to Zip, CrowdStrike rollout was easy and automatically pushed to devices in our fleet. The product and customer support teams are very quick to respond to questions and attentive to our feedback on ways to improve the platform.
We've seen new features rolled out very quickly based on our feedback.

Zip Security has been a helpful way to roll out MDM to our team without the organizational overhead. We don't have to worry about re-certifications and the enrollment workflow is great for when employees upgrade devices to ensure we have full coverage.
Team has been fantastic, one of the more customer-centric I've seen. A 10/10 experience so far.
