Zimun is an online booking system for service businesses where an appointment can require more than one thing at once: a staff member, a room, and a piece of equipment. Availability is checked across all of them before customers ever see a slot, so double bookings are prevented at the source — a yoga studio sharing rooms between teachers, or a rental shop where the gear and the photographer both need to be free. Customers book through a public booking page available in 7 languages. Every booking ends in a confirmation email with a calendar invite and secure links to reschedule or cancel, so customers handle their own changes. Reminders go out automatically a few days before the appointment. Set up services, working hours, staff, and resources in one place. Developers can use the API — it runs the same scheduling rules as the booking page. Zimun is built in Germany with data minimization by design; a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA/AVV) is available.
