Customer support is excellent, both with the platform's AI support and email support with an actual person. Emails for support on usability or troubleshooting are answered very quickly and company is very open to suggestions on added features/improvements. Price is very reasonable for features. User experience is fantastic both when uploaded documents and using the documents within the platform.

I think the ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind, where you simply drag and drop a file from your desktop or laptop, and then the processing begins. The initial setup of ZenFlip was very simple and fast.
