Pulsix, from Zebrix Group, is AI-assisted field inspection for roofing, HVAC and electrical work. Inspectors capture site photos and readings, and Pulsix turns them into graded, auditable evidence checked against manufacturer and standards references, ready for proposals and owner reports. Pulsix connects to GC 360 and the client portal in the Zebrix Contractor Suite, so field evidence and project records stay together. What is Zebrix Group?
Zebrix Group is a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVOSB), Texas VetHUB-certified HVAC and mechanical contractor based in The Woodlands, Texas (Greater Houston). We serve Texas state agencies, federal facilities, data centers, institutional owners and prime contractors. Founded by U.S. Navy Corpsman veteran Zack Butler and led alongside Co-Founder Brandon Walker, who brings 35+ years of mechanical and HVAC contracting, Zebrix holds the contract and owns project management, quality, documentation and compliance on every job. What we do • HVAC and mechanical: chillers, central plants, refrigeration, rooftop units, air handlers and DDC/energy controls. We handle installation, replacement, retrofit and maintenance under TDLR A/C & Refrigeration license TACLA00169073C. • Complete MEP delivery: mechanical, electrical and plumbing under one contract, with electrical and plumbing through licensed partner trades under Zebrix management. • Temporary cooling and power rentals: generators, spot coolers, portable chillers and trailer-mounted AC for shutdowns, emergencies and peak demand. • Supporting services: commercial roofing and building envelope with GC oversight, plus specialty materials. How we work Every job is scoped, photo-documented and reported through AI tools we build in-house, so owners and primes get audit-ready records from kickoff through closeout.
