I enjoy the constant barrage of emails, calls, and texts which after asking to be removed from call lists and unsubscribed from emails I never asked for, they very kindly rinse and repeat. They are driving my crazy...as they will you, too. I warned you.

There some solid leads here!
As any lead goes, there are different levels. Some are duds, some are long-term nurture, and some are hot and ready to go. I like all the prospect leads. If you work them consistently, set them up on drip campaigns, and call the ones showing signs of buying or selling, you are bound to find someone who needs your assistance.
