I really like collaborating with ZAPTA Technologies for developing our internal chatbot using AI. Their LLM integration expertise is quite valuable, as they have already integrated OpenAI LLM into other platforms, which we utilized for our support assistance. This has significantly reduced our support staff workload from 80 to 50. The chatbot integrates well with our existing systems and handles common queries efficiently. I also appreciate their communication, availability, and technical skills.

The reporting is better now and we've seen improvements in project delivery due to web access for customers, eliminating the need for physical document handling. Their design team is creative, understanding our internal business needs and optimizing the software accordingly. The feature for scanning previous documentation with OCR makes the process smoother, allowing customers to contact us via the web and manage all documentation effectively. Additionally, sharing insights with upper management and providing insights for central decision-making is a valuable benefit. I also appreciate their recommendation of a smart chatbot for customer management and integration of CRM with our software, which has reduced our workforce further.
