zapAudit is the prefabricated house of data analysis for auditing and accounting for companies using SAP. It combines process and data mining, statistical and other business intelligence methods and packages everything in a web application. Based on 150+ predefined indicators, purchasing, sales, fixed assets and cross-process issues are audited and risks are identified. The analysis results are standardized and thus comparisons can be made between fiscal years and company codes. Data procurement from SAP and data analysis are fully automated. The on-premise installation runs offline, so no critical data leaves the company during data analysis. No prior knowledge of data analysis, data collection and preparation, data science, auditing, taxation, controlling, accounting or process optimization is required. There is no data volume limitation. The software analyzes SAP company codes of any size from R3 or S4HANA systems. SAP customizing does not play any role. The software enables remote auditing of subsidiaries abroad without being on site.
