Zannity is an AI-powered compliance platform that helps German small and mid-sized companies keep their EHS and ESG obligations current — without maintaining a legal register by hand.
Most companies hold a legal register as a static document: a list of regulations, compiled once, reviewed rarely. The underlying problem is not awareness but cost. Determining which rules actually apply to a specific site, and translating them into concrete obligations, has always been manual work — too expensive to repeat often enough to stay accurate.
Zannity automates that step. A dynamic profile of the company — sites, installations, activities, substances, thresholds — determines which EU, federal, state and local requirements genuinely apply, and why. Each applicable rule is translated into plain-language obligations with deadlines, exceptions and a citation back to the underlying provision. Obligations become assignable tasks with an owner, a due date and a place to file evidence. When the law changes, the platform matches the change against the company’s existing obligations and surfaces only what is genuinely affected, along with a proposed update.
The result is a legal register that behaves like a process rather than a document, and an audit trail that holds up under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and EMAS reviews: who determined what, on what basis, and when.
Zannity covers core German compliance domains including occupational safety, environmental and emissions law, energy management, hazardous substances, waste, and supply chain due diligence, with ESG reporting as an extension.
The company was founded in 2026 by Nikita Kozychev, an EHS practitioner with over ten years in the field, most recently EU Energy Compliance Program Manager at Amazon.
