Zalvis customer support experience

I don't have much technical expertise to resolve DNS issue. After the migration of our reseller account, this is the major issue which I have encountered. Then another issue is, their website manager dash is different from the previous one. So I got more confused. But the support agent Satish, who is a level 1 agent, helped me to make those changes in effective manner. They went through all the steps and made sure that I understood what I was doing. Nice support agent!
