Wealth Management by Zahlenwerk is portfolio software for family offices and investment managers — firms whose quarter arrives as a folder of PDFs from a dozen administrators, in a dozen formats. It does four things: Positions. Fund LP and SPV commitments, direct holdings, SAFEs and convertibles, across every legal entity in the structure, with IRR, TVPI and DPI computed from the underlying cashflows rather than typed in. Documents in. Every firm gets a private drop-address; capital account statements, call notices and distribution notices are forwarded to it, by hand or by a rule set up once, or uploaded directly. Each document is extracted into structured records, and every figure keeps a link back to the page it came from. Nothing is a number someone re-keyed. Bookkeeping. Books per legal entity, sitting next to the positions they belong to, so reconciliation at year end is not an archaeology exercise. An assistant that reaches the data. An in-app assistant, plus an MCP server that connects the portfolio to Claude and ChatGPT. It cannot delete positions, people, entities or bank accounts, and in the app every write pauses for explicit confirmation before it runs. In beta, already in use at a small number of family offices.
